1984 brought us many legendary classic movies - many of which actually went on to make several decent sequels! It was the year that brought us - A Nightmare on Elm Street | Beverley Hills Cop | Blood Simple | Children of the Corn | Ghostbusters | Gremlins | Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom | The Karate Kid | The Never Ending Story | Once Upon a Time in America | Police Academy | Repo Man | Splash | The Terminator | This is Spinal Tap! It also brought us {what I believe to be} Tom Hanks' only role in a sex comedy - Bachelor Party! As far as 80s sex comedies go, it's actually not that bad! For those of you that remember Ski School, Porkies, Hardbodies, Back to School and Weird Science - definitely worth a watch! Big thanks to Sky Movies for airing it recently! Its just sad that it seems like they only ever air something decent at 3am these days! xx.
